Transitional
We, on the other hand, are a bit sensitive and bashful about our age, not quite sure we are old enough to be identified as “Senior Adults”. Well, that is why our leader is labeling us “transitional”, kind of testing this water. Our generation thinks and acts different than Established Adults. However, we also want to work in the Kingdom of God and make a difference. Balance . . . we have a whole lot of things to balance (some of us are still active in the daily market place, have kids and/or grandchildren, parents, and all kinds of stuff.) This is a new beginning for us. We’ve never been this far before, but we are up for the task. We will do ministry, but probably in a way different from any others.
